cgPR is a small copywriting and creative freelance PRÂ consultancy business established in 2012 by Chrissie Pringle (Gardiner). With over 20 years' working in the industry, bags of PR know-how and event management experience, the backbone of her work is simply getting clients into the news and online. That means writing sharp and newsworthy content, taking eye catching photos and targeting messages very carefully to the right media, opinion formers and customers. She is pretty good in a crisis too.
cgPR offers a hands-on approach with a can-do attitude and is completely flexible with no expensive retention contracts. Collaborating with other trusted PR and social media freelancers where necessary, Chrissie works with her clients as an extension of their team to get the job done.

Having worked for a number of leading PR agencies in London and Newcastle, Chrissie established cgPR to offer clients a senior level service combining a clear and strategic approach with creative ideas. Beginning her career working in film and television PR for Freud Communications and Talkback Thames in London, she moved back to the North East to continue her career working across a broad spectrum of sectors including leisure, lifestyle, 5-star hospitality venues, sport, music and digital sectors as well as a vast number of corporate clients.
With a passion for writing and gaining coverage for clients in both national and regional targeted media, Chrissie can turn her skills to any sector and has gained awards for a lifestyle project and the design and content of a first division Northern League football programme.
On a personal note, she is passionate about skiing and loves to hang out with her dog, Olive.
